Tap Intuit Podcast

✨ Soft rebellion for the consciously curious ✨

When host Ravyn Robinson-Barco was navigating her own spiritual awakening journey, she found herself starving for a true companion on the path. While digital mentors were helpful, she desperately needed to get face-to-face with professionals who understood esoteric anatomy, the messy stages of awakening, and how to actually recognize and change deep patterns.

That is why she created The Tap Intuit Podcast. This show is a soft harbor for anyone navigating massive life transitions, shifting energy, or the uncomfortable seasons of personal growth.

Each week, Ravyn goes beyond the credentials and into the calling. Sitting down with professionals across disciplines who are operating in their absolute area of genius and, most importantly, in deep integrity, she asks the raw questions most people are too polished to ask: What broke you open? What did the work teach you that you can't unlearn? What do you wish every person walking through your door already knew?

This is not a highlight reel. It is the real story behind the practice and the human behind the gift. If you have ever felt the pull toward something deeper but could not name it yet, this show offers the face-to-face wisdom, real storytelling, and expert guidance you need to navigate turbulent energy.

Welcome to the companion you have been looking for. Tune in to Tap Intuit.

For most of her life, Natalie Newhart lived by the rules of high performance: push harder, train more, stay disciplined, keep moving. It carried her through nearly a decade as a professional athlete and fitness coach, until the pushing landed her in the hospital, and her body made it clear it could no longer keep pace with what her mind demanded. That collapse forced a question she'd never thought to ask. What if peace is the one thing you can't force?

In this episode of The Tap Intuit Podcast, host Ravyn Robinson-Barco sits down with Natalie to trace the long, uncomfortable work of loosening her grip on perfectionism, body image, and the pressure to always be "on." Natalie is candid about the turning points that reshaped her path, and about how the same drive that made her successful kept resurfacing as overwork and attachment to outside validation.

The shift wasn't trying harder. It was learning to slow down and actually listen.
Their conversation moves through the difference between normal and natural, why peace can feel so unfamiliar in a culture built on constant striving, and how practices like Tai Chi, Qigong, and time in nature help bring us back into the body.

Natalie reflects on the teachers and community that carried her through transition, including the trip halfway around the world to a Qigong retreat she nearly abandoned for a gym, and on why the point of a practice isn't to perform it perfectly, but to let it change the way you live.

This one is an invitation to stop treating peace as another thing to achieve and start recognizing it as a way of being.

Topics Explored:
Why Peace Can't Be Forced: The shift from pushing harder to learning how to surrender.
Normal vs. Natural: What the culture rewards versus what actually nourishes us.
Body Image as Identity: The slow work of releasing an attachment the world tends to praise.

Most of us are trapped living a life that belongs to someone else because we make our biggest decisions using logic instead of our bodies. We are taught to use our brains to analyze our way out of confusion, but relying entirely on your mind during a major life transition is a fast track to burnout and deep anxiety.
In this episode of The Tap Intuit Podcast, host Ravyn Robinson-Barco sits down with Human Design coach Anie Dyer, the founder of Your True Nature. Anie shares her personal journey of growing up in a traditional religious background where parts of her naturally felt a little taboo, and how she found a soft launch into the energy world through fashion profiling. This gentle bridge point eventually led her to completely change how she makes choices and learn how to read her body feedback instead of just relying on her brain.
Anie strips away the complex jargon of Human Design to expose why we accidentally pick up on the stress, bad moods, and insecurities of the people around us. If you are a natural empath who constantly avoids conflict or feels overly responsible for everyone else's happiness, Anie reveals the hidden energetic glitch causing your burnout.
We also pull back the curtain on the mirror effect, explaining why the rest of the world often perceives a completely different version of you than the side you see in yourself. Anie unpacks the multi-tasker trap, offering a clear guide on how to navigate the painful impatience of waiting for the right opportunities instead of forcing them into existence. Finally, she shares a brilliant parenting shortcut, showing mothers how to read their child's natural energy so they feel truly seen without forcing them into a generic mold.
Wherever you are listening from today, press play and discover what it takes to unlock your true nature.
Human Design Topics Explored In This Episode:
Human Design for Empaths: How open energy centers absorb stress and impact self-worth.
Conscious vs Unconscious Charting: Understanding the mirror effect and how the world perceives your energy.
Manifesting Generators and Projectors: Navigating the impatience of waiting to respond versus waiting for an invitation.
Conscious Parenting Tools: Using a child's unique Human Design chart and authority to parent without projection.

This week's reading moves through a quiet tension many of us are feeling, the pull between rest and momentum, and what wants to soften when we stop forcing the path forward. Patricia tunes into the energy of each day and finds a steady thread running underneath, an invitation to notice what is no longer working and to meet that recognition with curiosity instead of pressure. There is a lightness woven through the harder moments too, a reminder that play and presence are part of the way through. Take what feels true, set down what does not, and notice what resonates.

For three decades, Carolynn Leaman has been listening to the land. As a landscape architect with a master's from Harvard's Graduate School of Design and ten years of work based in Germany, including projects connected to rebuilding Berlin after the Wall came down, she trained herself to read the patterns of water, soil, and city that most of us walk past. Her consultancy, celadon, takes its name from the Sanskrit word for wealth and health, and she has carried that listening into governments, neighborhoods, and a single grandmother's backyard.
Then came an afternoon at the Flathead River. With her children, an armful of instruments, and the silence that followed their cacophony, Carolynn heard nature speak in frequency. The work she had been doing for thirty years was right next to a conversation she was just learning how to hear.
That afternoon became the seed of Sound Therapy For Nature, her newest venture. But it was also the beginning of a deeper season. The toolkit Carolynn had built her career on stopped fitting the questions she was being asked, and she began studying what she calls expanding her consciousness. The Monroe Institute. Lucid dreaming. Forty Years of Zen, where she watched her own forgiveness register on a brain scan. Each thread is now part of one practice: science, art, and the natural world, woven into the same listening.
In this conversation, she shares the riverbank that started it all, the work she is taking to British Columbia, and the institute she is dreaming up with her grown children. And underneath all of it, a quieter teaching: the path you trained for is not always the path you finish on, and the second half might ask for a different kind of attention than the first.
At the heart of her work is a steady invitation: co-create with nature, build relationships rooted in beauty and balance, and rediscover the harmony between people and place.

"They have the drumstick. You're the drum. And you bought them the drumsticks."

That's the line that lands halfway through this conversation, and it's the one that stays with you.

In this episode of Tap Intuit, Ravyn RB sits down with Brittney Muñoz of Brittney Fusion for a conversation about what actually happens in a nervous system that's been running on push-through for too long, and what it takes to come back from it.

Brittney is a yoga teacher and trauma-informed practitioner based in Colorado Springs. She teaches gentle and warm gentle classes at Cambio Yoga and works one-on-one with clients through her virtual offerings and 12-week mentorship program. She came to this work through the medical field, where she learned firsthand what it costs to skip lunch, skip the bathroom, and skip yourself for years at a time.

The conversation moves through the moment she realized her reactivity to her kids' noise wasn't actually about the noise. It was about whether she had eaten. Whether the sun had touched her skin. Whether she had given herself 30 seconds that day. She walks through the self-check questions she now asks before she reacts, and why building those 30-second moments ten times a day did what twice-weekly yoga classes couldn't.

She also speaks plainly about what she is and isn't. "I'm not a healer. I don't fix things." Yoga, for her, is the door. Not the fix.

Where this episode lands is in the permission to start small. Not 20 minutes. One minute. Not a perfect sunset hike without the kids. Thirty seconds in the middle of the noise, while the kids are still banging on things, asking yourself one honest question.

Her message is direct. You don't need more time. You need to stop pushing through.

You'll learn:
Why "I don't have time to meditate" is the wrong problem, and what to do in 30 seconds instead
The self-check questions that shift reactivity into regulation, especially for moms and caregivers
How gentle, trauma-informed yoga creates choice on the mat, and why that matters more than the workout

Michael Heartsong was in a coma. His family was saying goodbye. In that moment between worlds, he asked Spirit one question: if there's a purpose to my life, show me now. What he received changed everything.
In this special episode of Tap Intuit, host Ravyn RB welcomes guest host Alex Doran, an intuitive guide, tarot reader, and certified Reiki Master, for a layered conversation with Michael Heartsong Cutter, a shamanic healer and IIHA Certified Life Purpose Hand Analyst based in Denver.
Recorded directly after Alex received her own Life Purpose Hand Analysis from Michael, this episode carries a rare in-the-moment integration quality you can feel from the first question.
Michael's path into this work is its own kind of medicine. A childhood shaped by chronic illness and a conservative upbringing in western Colorado. Years of seeking through Chinese medicine, bodywork, yoga, martial arts, and the alternative scene. A vision of three years of preparation that would lead him to his teachers.
From Walking Thunder in the Navajo Nation to John Lockley in South Africa to Itzhak Beery and the Yachak lineages of Ecuador, Michael speaks to what it means to be apprenticed, to honor the carriers of wisdom, and to live in right relationship with the ancestors of this land.
Throughout the episode he returns to a central teaching:
Our gifts and our traumas are intertwined. Sensitivity is the medicine. Surrender is the door. And how we feel in our work, our relationships, and our lives is the most important data we have.
This conversation is for anyone in transition, in expansion, or simply curious about what it means to live life on purpose.
YOU'LL LEARN
▸ How a near-death experience can deliver a clear download of life purpose, and what to do when it does ▸ Why your hands hold a map of your gifts, your challenges, and the work you came here to do ▸ What it means to honor indigenous lineages while walking your own healing path ▸ Why surrender is not giving up but the doorway to transformation ▸ How to recognize the difference between the voice of fear and the voice of love
